Saved Searches allow you to save custom search settings to quickly perform that same search every time you return to the site

My Favorite Listing allows you to save select listings in your personal "favorites" area. You can go to your favorite listings section to review choice properties from a session of searching.

Search Notifications allows you to set up several custom search notifications. Every morning, just after the MLS database is updated, your custom search kicks in and looks for new listings that match your specifications. An email notification will be sent to you letting you know to go have a look.

Agent Assistance When you set up your Guest User Account you will be assigned an Agent to personally assist you in you home search, but don't worry; YOU specify the manner in which an Agent will contact you, event to say you do not wish to be contacted. You are in control.
